These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Tokyo Technology LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as reapd, governing your access to and use of reapd at https://reapd.io ("Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older.
reapd is a web-based tool that allows users to deploy Salesforce DX (SFDX) metadata from GitHub repositories to Salesforce orgs. The Service requires users to connect their GitHub and Salesforce accounts via OAuth.
You may register for an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
reapd offers the following plans:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed in US dollars via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and accessing the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and is not subject to cancellation or recurring charges.
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

The Service, including its source code, design, and content, is owned by Tokyo Technology LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Salesforce, Supabase, and Stripe. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEPLOYMENTS WILL SUCCEED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKYO TECHNOLOGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Any claim against us must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tokyo Technology LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to resolve the issue informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
